How to Donate

You can make a donation to the work of the Friends in one or more of the following ways:
Online. We've teamed up with BT MyDonate which allows us to accept a secure online donation from you. BT MyDonate doesn't charge for use of the service so all the money you donate goes straight into our charity funds. If you'd like to donate to the Friends of the Edington please click here to make a donation using BT MyDonate. Thank you.
By a cash or cheque donation sent to the Friends of the Edington, c/o The Edington Hospital, 54 St. Baldreds Road, North Berwick, EH39 4PU
By setting up a standing order payable to the Friends of the Edington at the Bank of Scotland, North Berwick, Account No. 00183068, Sort Code 80 17 95. (If you use this method please advise the Treasurer that you have set up a SO by writing to him at the address above).
If you are a UK taxpayer you can increase the value of your donation, at no cost to yourself, by signing a Gift Aid declaration. This enables the Friends to claim back money from HMRC. If you require a Gift Aid declaration form you can pick up a leaflet at the hospital or write to the Treasurer to request one.

By leaving a gift in your will. You can enable the Friends to ensure long term support for the excellent care provided by the Edington by leaving a gift in your will. Gifts from wills are an important part of our income and can make a real difference to the level of support we are able to give to the Hospital. If you wish to donate in this way your solicitor will be able to advise you how to do this.
